I refused to sign over full Access to my medical records to Judges Beranato, Lynch and Lehman and ended up with a paid vacation in CMHIP for twenty four days as the court’s hail marry attempt to force my compliance. The court caved first once they received a bill stating my lodging and noncompliance was causing the Larimer County 8th Judicial District of Colorado $686 dollars per day. FYI: the food was great, the company was entertaining and the municipal Court never did get that authorization… why the fuck would I grant it to a possible (maybe) upcoming employer during the application process?
It matters not whether there are things in my extensive medical background… there are and I’ve blogged about it often… Lymphatic Plastic Bronchitis. But as indicated in the “Check the box that applies,” I can read and I did read the disclaimer. What I didn’t do is choose to email it because the disclaimer clearly states “Your employer must allow you to answer this questionnaire during normal working hours, or tell how and where to send it to the healthcare professional that will view it.”
But instead of honoring and adhering to their own “MUST,” they tried to pressure me into emailing it to any of three different email un affiliated addresses. I’m not comfortable with any of them therefore I’m not fucking doing that shit when every I email receive states that emails from and to me are shared with third parties in adherence with Transparency per Transactions of Public Buisness.” Period. Full Stop. End all, be all! Suck my dick you crooked slime fucks!
If you want full disclosure of my medical back ground then you’ll have to swim through my WordPress blogsite to get it but I still do not authorize its use. Its posted for any private citizen concerned about my mental state and this is only to demonstrate that I am not nor will not cause physical harm to myself or others, and as a reference to any medical examiner who wishes or is pressured to determine my cause of death as anything other than natural cause or old age.
